Why I Created Creator Cards

Bringing Collectibles into the Creator Space
I’ve had the idea for Creator Cards for years, but I never took the leap to make it happen. When I was running Quokka Mousepads, I saw how physical products could be a great promotional tool. That’s when I started thinking—what if content creators had something tangible that could help them grow their audiences?
At the time, I thought it could work as a promo item for the brand, but after selling Quokka Mousepads, I realized I didn’t need to tie the idea to another business. I just needed to go all in and actually bring it to life.
Creator Cards are more than just collectibles; they’re a way for creators to leave their mark—something they can hold onto, something fans can collect, and something that boosts exposure for everyone involved. With 160+ creators in the first collection, this project is built on the idea of cross-promotion—every creator is introducing their audience to new faces, and every fan is discovering streamers and content they might have never found otherwise.
For fans, it's a fun and nostalgic way to collect their favourite creators. For creators, it’s a discovery tool in a space (like Twitch) where being found is often the biggest challenge.
I finally pulled the trigger on this project because I knew it had real value for both fans and creators. Now, I’m beyond excited to see where it goes.
